Upgrading Multiple Licenses

I have 6 licenses of Nitro version 9. This week I received the email regarding your server upgrade and the offer to upgrade. I have been able to validate 5 of the serial numbers on your site but the 6th serial number does not validate, even though the product is installed. What are my next steps to complete a secure upgrade of all 6 licenses (also, email address has changed, I am posting from the current email). -Dennis  Jones

Hello Dennis,

Are you trying to upgrade all these serial numbers? 

If yes, you can go to this page to upgrade to Nitro Pro 13: https://www.gonitro.com/pro/upgrade

If not, please install the latest Nitro Pro 12 update. Note, that it should be version 12, not 13: https://www.gonitro.com/nps/product-details/downloads

Then activate with your Nitro Pro serial numbers.
