Hi, 

I currently have the Nitro Pro 12 and want to upgrade to 2013.  
I entered my serial number in the upgrade form but got an errror. 
The serial number I entered is the one I got from Cleverbridge

234600-582456-*******

Please advise

When entering my serial number 234600-582456-******* i still get an error :
