Gary Dollins Posted March 18, 2021 Report Posted March 18, 2021 I have a couple of users in my company with a license for Nitro Pro. One had V.10 and has successfully paid for an upgraded to V.13. The other user has V.9 and the license is not recognized for an upgrade, though it will successfully activate the V.9 product. Can you tell me how to successfully upgrade this user or are they too many versions deficient to upgrade?
