Update of Nitro pro 9 before 31 MArch 2021

I need help on the procedure to upgrade/update nitro 9 before 31 march 2021. Do i need to update my version? if so how i must proceed?

In order to further assist you, could you please provide the serial number of your Nitro Pro 9?

To send it via private message, hover your mouse on top of my name 'AllainU' and select 'Message'.

This matters because our business installers are different in regard to upgrading to Nitro Pro 13.

i followed the instruction and i updated my nitro 9 to version 12 and then i used the serials (of nitro 9 pro) to activate version 12. Is correct?

After installation, you can activate by opening Nitro Pro, clicking on the Help tab > About Nitro Pro > Activate by entering the same serial numbers.
