CarlosAlberto Posted March 19, 2021 Report Posted March 19, 2021 Hello Nitro team, I have received an email to upgrade my version from 11.0.7.411 to 13 in an email sent by Nitro team. I tried to follow the steps from https://www.gonitro.com/pro/upgrade but I never receive a confirmation or an email so I upgrade my version directly from this link --> Nitro Product Updates | Download Recent Nitro Pro Releases (gonitro.com) but my actual license is not recognized and now I´m working with a trial. can you help me to understand if I can upgrade my version with my valid key from version 11 please or if I need to go back to the previous version. Your help is appreciated.
