Bouey Termite Posted March 19, 2021 Report Share Posted March 19, 2021 (edited) I checked the serial number and ensured they are deactivated; then I upgrade them and it shows that they are ready to go. I tried to activate my upgrades with the serial number on multiple machines, but it says the serial number is not valid. We really need this fixed as I just upgrade all computers to Nitro Pro 13. It would be really helpful to be able to open at ticket, but it says we cannot. We really need some assistance. Our trial expires in 12 days.
