Bouey Termite Posted March 19, 2021 Report Share Posted March 19, 2021 (edited) I checked the serial number and ensured they are deactivated; then I upgrade them and it shows that they are ready to go. I tried to activate my upgrades with the serial number on multiple machines, but it says the serial number is not valid. We really need this fixed as I just upgrade all computers to Nitro Pro 13. It would be really helpful to be able to open at ticket, but it says we cannot. We really need some assistance. Our trial expires in 12 days. As per our server logs, I can see you were able to activate your Nitro Pro 13 twice using the serial number 50490x-xxxxxx-xxx220. Should you still need further assist you, could you please provide the serial number of your Nitro Pro you are having issue activating?
