Nitro Pro 12 - Reinstall

Good afternoon, I am having a problem trying to activate Nitro Pro 12 after reinstalling. I had to reinstall because it seemed to have a glitch where I had to continuously switch to run as administrator in order to make use of the software (this was quite annoying hence trying reinstall). When using the support function it led ne to deactivate my current license which I proceeded to do, but then it wont let me reactivate after installing trial version. I have reinstalled Nitro Pro 13 because there is no link that I can find to Nitro Pro 12 so not sure if that is causing the issue. I can provide the current serial number if required (purchased Nov'18)

Thank you for your message - I can help you out.

Please install the latest Nitro Pro 12 update. Note, that it should be version 12, not 13: https://www.gonitro.com/nps/product-details/downloads 

Then activate with your Nitro Pro 12 serial number.
