23: Error - License Number already used (Even through I have 1x Device License available to use)

Hi,

I have Nitro Pro 11, and is working fine on laptop.

I'm allowed up to 2x devices, and I'm only using Nitro Pro 11 on 1x device (my laptop).

Since I'm using 1 of 2 devices, therefore I should be able to use one more device (e.g. my Desktop Computer).

However when I apply my License Serial Number I get this error "23: Error - License Number already used" even though I have 1x License available that I can use. 

I have been using Nitro Pro 11 since May 2017, and never encountered these errors in the past. 

I have removed the Nitro Pro 11 from my desktop computer three times and I have reinstalled it three times, and it is still giving me the same error mentioned above. 

Please need someone's help.

I have downloaded and installed the Nitro Pro 12 and it has now worked.
