SUNNY354 Posted March 22, 2021 Report Posted March 22, 2021 I used to have nitro pdf 9 I was advised to download nitro pdf 12, I enter my serial xxxxxxxxxxxxxxx90214 for activation and it states I'm already active. When i go to https://licenses.gonitro.com/prd/portal to deactivate other computers it shows Serial Number xxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxx890214 Version 9 Status active Number of Activations 0 Number of Activations Allowed 2 that i have 0 activations then i tried to activate with the certificate also and that didn't work. Can you please help? Thanks

Please note, we no longer support Nitro Pro 9. It has been discontinued as documented in our Sunset Policy: https://www.gonitro.com/nps/product-details/sunset-policy So you can continue using your purchased license, please install the latest Nitro Pro 12 update: https://www.gonitro.com/nps/product-details/downloads Then activate with your Nitro Pro 9 serial number. SUNNY354 Posted March 23, 2021 Author Report Posted March 23, 2021 I did download 12, however it says its activated already. When I go to https://licenses.gonitro.com/prd/portal it shows 0 activations. I have deleted all software from all computers and i keep getting the same message.
