Roger Caron Posted March 22, 2021 Report Posted March 22, 2021 The computer on which my Nitro Pro application was installed had a sudden hardware failure. I was unable to deactivate NitroPro on that computer. On my new computer, the trial version appeared. When I tried to activate NitroPro on my new computer with my serial number, I apparently misunderstood the instructions for activating because after entering my serial number, clicking on "deactivate", which led me back to the same window. Deactivating again, I got a message saying that I was no longer allowed to activate. I have only used Nitro Pro on one computer since acquiring the license. Please let me know how I can resolve this. Official Nitronaut Leslie V Posted March 23, 2021 Official Nitronaut Report Posted March 23, 2021 (edited) Hello Roger, Thank you for your message - I can help you out. Please note, we no longer support Nitro Pro 9. It has been discontinued as documented in our Sunset Policy: https://www.gonitro.com/nps/product-details/sunset-policy So you can continue using your purchased license, please install the latest Nitro Pro 12 update: https://www.gonitro.com/nps/product-details/downloads Then activate with your Nitro Pro 9 serial number. I hope this helps. Let me know if you require anything else. Edited March 23, 2021 by Leslie V.
