https://www.gonitro.com/pro/upgrade

Enter your serial number and follow the prompts to receive a new Nitro Pro 13 serial key and installation files.

Hallo,

when I type in the serial number I get the message "serial number not found" . Here are all informations I have:

Buy: Nitro Pro v9 via clearbridge company Germany in 2014

Serial number printed on CD: **

Due to a change from WIN 7 to WIN 10 I need a new installation

How to insert a screen shot?  I saved it to a Word document but don't know how to attach, but the message says We were unable to validate your serial number. Please ensure you entered it correctly. If you believe you are eligible for an upgrade, please leave a post on our Community Forum and update us with your issue.

now I am waiting a really long time to get relevant information how to activate my Nitro software. What can I do? Do you need a copy of the invoice (appr. 187 Euros in 2014)?
