Error message every time Nitro Pro Opens: Started in the past 2-3 months

Nitro Pro 13.8.2.140

Windows 10 Pro x64

 

An error has occurred within our system.  Please try again or contact support if this error persists.  (Error 401).

I get the message both if I open NP from programs or if I click a PDF document to open.

I can just click Ok in the error message box and everything opens and works fine.  It is just annoying.
