Didn't receive serial number email & can't activate Nitro Pro

Hi,

I used the serial number that came up on my browser after purchase and have since had to reinstall nitro Pro and it now says my trial has ended and I need to activate, however I didn't receive the serial number email to begin with and don't have a record of it

 

Could you please help?

As per our server logs, we can see you were able to activate your Nitro Pro 13 using your new serial number which is 50494x-xxxxxx-xx8270
