Spencer Bagley Posted March 24, 2021 Report Share Posted March 24, 2021 Hi I received an email from you guys indicating that the old server that runs my version (Nitro Pro 9) will be shut down and I need to update my software to version 12 to ensure I can continue using Nitro Pro without the risk of activation issues. I followed the link in the mail, downloaded version 12 and tried to install it but it keeps crashing just after completing the download and before it begins the actual installation.
