Pdf to word conversion

Good Morning

we are having a failure to convert documents from PDF to word. 

changes the text formatting. Overlapping test lines.
When we tested the free option and these errors never came up.
Can you tell us what we should do to correct.

- What exact version of Nitro you are using (You can retrieve this information by going to the Help tab> About Nitro Pro.)
- The exact steps you are taking
- A screen shot of what you are seeing or any error message you are receiving

the version of Nitro pro is: 13.35.3.685

what I do is: open the pdf file - menu convert - to word - convert

in relation to documents I cannot add because I have no URL but files.
