Official Nitronaut Leslie V Posted March 25, 2021 Official Nitronaut Report Share Posted March 25, 2021 Hello Matteo, Thank you for your message - I can help you out. Please install the latest Nitro Pro 12 update. Note, that it should be version 12, not 13: https://www.gonitro.com/nps/product-details/downloads I hope this helps. Let me know if you require anything else.
Matteo Barin
Thanks Leslie. I tried. When I start the installation, I choose the installation folder and it starts. On the installation bar the progress stops at "Download 100% complete" and the message "Setup wizard failed" appears. Nothing done!
Official Nitronaut Leslie V Posted March 26, 2021 Official Nitronaut Report Share Posted March 26, 2021 (edited) Hello Matteo, Kindly delete all previously downloaded installers from your Downloads folder. Then use the tool I have provided below to remove all files associated with Nitro Pro and reboot your system.https://install.nitropdf.com/professional_13353685/install-cleanup/install-cleanup.zip NOTE: This clean-up tool will erase any existing signature files within Nitro, so please save them to another location before using the clean-up tool in order to keep them. Please see this link for backing up custom stamps/signatures: https://kb.gonitro.com/knowledgebase#/search/stamps/000004307 When your system is back up, close all your open applications and install Nitro Pro 12: https://downloads.gonitro.com/professional_12163574/en/retail/nitro_pro13_ba_x64.msi I hope this helps! Please let me know how that goes. Edited March 26, 2021 by Leslie V.
