Sheryl Mitchell Posted March 24, 2021 Report Posted March 24, 2021 Our Power was cut yesterday and now my Nitro Pro does not want to connect. Unfortunately I do not understand what is happening. I have been trying to get support from Nitro for several hours with no resolve. I have followed the deactivation process and still it is not working properly. Is there a number for tech support?
