William Bell Posted March 26, 2021 Report Share Posted March 26, 2021 When I open a pdf with my activated Version 13 product, I get a 401 error - states if this error continues contact tech support. It does let me open the file but then when I try to save it will not allow giving me a 0x40000003 error stating "contact" tec support. I do not have VIP version btw.
