Deactivation

I had to do a factory reset but did not deactivate Nitro first. Now when I try to activate it I'm told I have the maximum activations allowed. I went to the deactivation page and clicked deactivate, and the number of activations went down by 1, but I still can't activate Nitro, still getting the error about maximum activations.

Hello @Ken Wallace

Thanks for reaching out to us!

Please send me your serial number so I can check. I cannot locate it using the email address that you provided.

I look forward to your response.

Your interface needs some improvement; I had to enter that several times to get here, and now you can't read it...

Hello @Ken Wallace

Are you experiencing a blurry Nitro window? Please try the following workaround:

1. Right-click Nitro Pro desktop shortcut or the NitroPDF.exe (by default is installed in C:\Program Files\Nitro\Pro\12) then select Properties

2. Nitro Pro Properties window will open, click on Compatibility tab

3. Under Settings, click on Change high DPI settings.

4. Another Nitro Pro Properties window will open.

5. Enable Override high DPI scaling behavior.

Thanks for that Leslie, and yes the blurry window is now clear

HOWEVER I still can't activate, which was my original question. I provided my serial number, is there a problem?

Can you help with this? Otherwise I'll have to use a different product even though I have been using Nitro Pro for years.

Hello Ken,

I released your key so you can reactivate. Can you please try again and let me know how that goes?
