Updating before March 31 2021

Where do I find info about updating or upgrading before March 31 2021?  Can someone explain what will happen on April 1st if I am unable to update.

In checking your existing serial number, it appears that you were able to install Nitro Pro 12.16.9.574 and successfully activated it. 

This licensing server upgrade will only affect the serial number based versions of our legacy products (Nitro Pro 12 and below). In order to continue using the version 12 and older serial numbers, we recommend installing Nitro Pro 12.16.9.574. This specific build is designed to accept version 12 and older serial numbers during activation.
