REDACTING IN NITRO PRO

I bought Nitro Pro to be able to redact and I can mark for redaction but apply is grayed out.  Go to save and it says pending redactions need to be applied.  How can I apply the redactions?!?

I tested this on my end and I can mark and apply redactions like usual. Can you please send me the exact build of Nitro you are using (Help >> About Nitro Pro),  a screenshot of what you are seeing and a copy of the file you are trying to redact?

If you redact a different file, are you getting the same issue?

I also have this same issue. I have everything marked for redaction but I can't apply the redactions (it is greyed out).

We are having a problem where once we click the redaction it applies a redaction to each page in the same place now regardless of whether it contains the same text or not. It just started this week on three different machines running the same version of Nitro Pro.
