Nitro Pro update and Sign in issues

Received the email to update my Nitro Pro 12. Clicked on link, it sent the .exe, clicked on that and it never let me know if it updated or not. I went through deactivating and reactivating, nothing. I tried to log in, it would not accept my login, subsequently requested a reset to password, no email was ever sent to me to do so. Tried multiple times, nothing. In trying to get into this forum it wanted my login..wouldn't take it. Ultimately I signed in as though a new customer and it sent me acknowledgement right away even though my email address was the same as always. How do I find out if I have the updated version on my computers please. This has been a nightmare.
