My Windows 10 did an update and now the product is deactivated on the desktop

After a Windows 10 update I lost my activated Nitro Pro. Tried to activate again and it gave me errors. Used your tool to check license and deactivate ( it show 2 activations and asks to select which to deactivate??)

I need to start using again please help

Please be aware that the issue of license reverting to 'Trial Expired' when a major Windows Updates was installed has been fixed in version 13.
