NitroPro 12 Will NOT Activate After PC Update....

Computer updated and Nitro started in "trial mode." 

Entered my serial number, ....doesn't work.  Deactivated my serial number.  Still doesn't work.

I updated to Nitro Pro 12.16.

Tried again.  Still doesn't work.  

I get an error message telling me I have reached the maximum number of activations for my license.

When I visit the license page it tells me that I have have 0 of 2 copies activated and therefore cannot deactivate any licenses.

How do I activate the newly installed copy of Nitro Pro?

My serial number is *.  Thanks!

Same error.  "-23:Error - License number already used"

Hello Marshall,

That error message means you still have the old build installed. Please install the latest Nitro Pro 12 update from this page: https://www.gonitro.com/nps/product-details/downloads

Then activate with your Nitro Pro 12 serial number.
