Tyler Starkman Posted April 1, 2021 Report Share Posted April 1, 2021 Upon entering the activation key on the sites lookup tool, the system states that there are no activated installations. In fact, it states that I have 2 activations available. However, the desktop application does not allow me to activate using the same key provided to the activation portal. I cannot contact support through the normal means as the link to contact support for activation issues brings me back to the activation portal. Please contact me support.
