I can't enter my license no. as it says I have reached the maximum number of installations, but your support page says that I have 2 available and oddly none in use. I can't deactivate any licenses as there are none shown in use, so the page suggests I raise a support ticket, but the only options lead me right back to the same page that allows me to do nothing. Can you please sort this out? I rely on this software every day, Licence no. is 234600-xxxxxx-xxxxxx Thank you.
