Something is blocking Nitro from proceeding

Nitro Pro 12 suddenly was dead. It won't respond to any open instructions. I removed it from program and features and when attempting to reinstall it gives me the above message "Something is blocking Nitro from proceeding ". I have no idea what is blocking it. Any suggestions.

Please install the latest Nitro Pro 12 update: https://www.gonitro.com/nps/product-details/downloads

Then activate with your Nitro Pro 12 serial number.
