Jinny Hughes Posted April 2, 2021 Report Posted April 2, 2021 Hello, After Windows update, Nitro-Pro 13 I've purchased on 3/4/2021 reverted back to trial version so I've followed your guideline to deactivate but it did not fix the issue. I also tried uninstalling and reinstall Nitro Pro 13 to re-initiate activation process like when I first purchased. It didn't work. I've already submitted support ticket earlier part of this week, but I still have not received contact from anyone yet. So I'm trying again. I really need to make Nitro work for my work project that is on high priority and I need someone to help me get it work again. Please help. Jinny Hughes
