New computer, v11, activation fails -20

When license is checked on the portal, reports back that serial is for v12 and has no activations.

License is for v11.  Will not activate.

Old computer, Win7, new computer Win10.

In order to further assist you, could you please provide the serial number of your Nitro Pro 11?
