Jennifer Allison Posted April 2, 2021 Report Share Posted April 2, 2021 Nitro Pro is not recognizing our serial number and when I go to your support screen to solve activation issues...I entered the serial number and it found the license but when I click deactivate like it tells me to do, this pop up says I need to select the devices to deactivate.
