I am having problems when entering my serial number for a reinstalled Nitro Pro programme. Not sure if I have downloaded the correct installer. Would it therefore be possible to forward me a copy of my latest purchase please? My email address is *******@fastmail.fm

In checking your recent Nitro Pro license purchase, you have a version 13 serial number. To use this license, please install Nitro Pro 13 by downloading the installer from the following location: 

https://www.gonitro.com/nps/product-details/downloads - Click the ' Download Nitro Pro 13' link

If you need a copy of your version 13 license, we have generated the invoice receipt which contains the serial number. That was sent to your email address *******@fastmail.fm. Please check your inbox as well as the spam/junk folder then look for the email with subject line 'Your Nitro Productivity Suite'
