Nitro Pro is a software that needs to be installed on a Windows machine. When you purchase a retail Nitro Pro serial number, it is a perpetual license. During your purchase, you may be asked for an option to add a VIP Access (good for 1-year and renewable), this will give you access to support and product upgrades.
