The invoice receipt that contains the serial number was sent to your ******@laurentide.com email address. I have generated it again and sent to that email address. Please check your inbox as well as the spam/junk mail folder then look for the email that contains 'Your Nitro Pro 13 order'. Kind regards,
Jennifer Arseneault Posted April 5, 2021 Report Posted April 5, 2021 I am in the same boat - took the money but did not get the email with serial to activate. Customer service is impossible to get a hold of - already regretting this purchase.
