Cannot reactivate my Nitro Pro V11 license

Hello,

Windows did an update on my PC which somehow switched me to a trial period on my Nitro. I tried to reactivate the program but was told that the key was already ion use. I then removed the program and reinstalled and had the same issue.

I went through the online deactivation portal, and here are the lines:

Serial Number : xxxxxxxx

Version : 11

Status : active

Number of Activations : 0

Number of Activations Allowed : 2

 

However, when I try to activate the software on my new PC, I get the error -23 Error License number already used

Please be aware that Nitro Pro 11 or older are already discontinued as documented in our Sunset Policy: https://www.gonitro.com/support/sunset-policy . With that, support for the discontinued versions are no longer available.

After installation, you can activate by opening Nitro Pro, clicking on the Help tab > About Nitro Pro > Activate by entering the same serial number.
