Computer with Nitro not working. Have original CD of Nitro PRO, how can I find Serial Number?

I purchased at a brick and motar store, but do not have my original paperwork.  I have the program installed on an old computer, but HDD is out and no way to pull up the system.  How can I re-install using my original SN and activation code?

If you did not purchase Nitro from our website and have the CD your serial number will be located on the back of the CD sleeve. It may be labelled as Activation Code.
(Please keep in mind that if you purchased Nitro from a re-seller we will not have the information on our systems)

We will only be able to locate your serial number if you purchased Nitro Pro from our website. If you purchased Nitro Pro from our website, you can provide us with the following information so we can look up your account.

1.    First and last name of purchaser
2.    Email address used purchase Nitro
3.    Order reference number
