I have the same issue. I installed Nitro 12 and the license checker says my license is for version 12 and I have 2 installs available. When I try to activate, I get an error stating the license number is invalid.

Hello @Jess Thackston,

Thank you for the private message.

As a courtesy of being a valuable customer of Nitro, we want to make you aware of the change to your product that may affect its activation performance (e.g. -20: Error - Invalid license number).

To continue offering our customers the very best PDF tools, we have upgraded our servers and has shutdown the one your older version of Nitro Pro runs on so please install Nitro Pro 12.16.9.574 using below direct MSI links:

x32 http://install.nitropdf.com/professional_12169574/en/retail/nitro_pro12_ba_x86.msi
x64 http://install.nitropdf.com/professional_12169574/en/retail/nitro_pro12_ba_x64.msi

To know if you have 32-bit or 64-bit, please refer to this article:
https://support.microsoft.com/en-ph/help/15056/windows-32-64-bit-faq

After installation, you can activate by opening Nitro Pro, clicking on the Help tab > About Nitro Pro > Activate by entering the same serial number.

Thank you for choosing Nitro and I hope this helps.

Hi @Allain Umalin
Thank you for getting back to me with this information. We have 64 bit systems so I downloaded the x64 msi, but it does not work at all. Nitro does not download and it just makes the system slow until I restart Windows Explorer process. This msi does not seem to be functional.
Thank you,
Jess

Hello @Jess Thackston,

Thank you for your response and patience.

This is the first time we have received such behavior when working with our MSI installers.

Could you please delete the you currently have, download another copy, save it to your Desktop and run the installer there?

Thank you very much in advance and I am looking forward to hearing back from you.
