Page links not working

I just downloaded a user manual for my Pioneer receiver, I see many page links with underscore blue, when I clicked on them nothing happens.

Hello Rejean,

I tested this file in different versions of Nitro and other PDF programs like Acrobat, the links are not working. 

I downloaded the manual from their website, the file behaves the same way. Looks like the links are not there or they are simply not working. We cannot make any adjustments to it because it is a locked file.

Thanks for verifying the document, I'm glad to know the problem is the document itself, I rarely have PDF documents with links, usually fill in forms. I just downloaded NITRO PRO manual in PDF and page links and URLs are working. Thanks for your support.
