I deactivated a serial # on one computer but when I put the identical serial on another PC I get: -20:Error - Invalid license number

Thank you for sending me your serial number.

This is a Nitro Pro 12 key. Please uninstall Nitro from your computer first.

Then, install the latest Nitro Pro 12 update (not version 13) so you can reactivate successfully: https://www.gonitro.com/nps/product-details/downloads

Then activate with your Nitro Pro 12 serial number.

My apologies for the delay. I just tried this serial with version 12 and got the same response. I believe that I installed the latest version of 12 previously.

Error 20 is seen when version 13 is activated with a serial for an older version.

Please try uninstalling. Remove all previously downloaded installers and install version 12:

Well, the version 12 that we had on our file server, Was version 12 but the download that you provided worked where ours did not.
