Jason Shaw Posted April 6, 2021 Report Share Posted April 6, 2021 We have Nitro Pro installed on a terminal server and recently users have found when they have an image (jpeg), open it using Windows Photo Viewer then try and print it using the Nitro PDF Creator, the resulting PDF has a massive white area through the middle of the PDF. Our initial troubleshooting thus far has been to reboot the server but it didn't make a difference. Any ideas? Thank you Link to comment Share on other sites More sharing options...
