My Computer Crashed and Its Forcing Me to Reactivate

I go through the option to manually activate it. But every time I click the link to take me to a new activation certificate the link doesn't work. So I don't know how to get NitroPro back. Also it shows on the website I'm allowed a max of 2 activations, this would be the second correct? What happens if this happens again? Because it's not like I'm choosing for my computer to crash.

Please install the latest Nitro Pro 13 update: https://www.gonitro.com/nps/product-details/downloads

Then activate with your Nitro Pro 13 serial number. If that fails, please send me the serial number you are using so I can check.
