Installed Nitro Pro 12.16.9 but still getting Error 401

👍 Thanks. Downloaded and re-installed. However, still receiving a pop-up window updon running the program (Error 401).

In order to further assist you, I recommend that you repair your program. Please reboot your computer before and after running this repair to ensure that there are no ties to Nitro still active in the background. You may refer to this article: https://kb.gonitro.com/knowledgebase#/search/repair/000004603

After repairing, please open your Nitro Pro 12, confirm the error message, logout from Nitro Sign at the upper-right corner of the program, reset your password through https://cloud.gonitro.com/ , close then re-launch Nitro Pro and re-login to Nitro Sign. How did it go?

If it helped but re-occurs after few days, could you please provide the serial number of your Nitro Pro 12?

To send it via private message, hover your mouse on top of my name 'AllainU' and select 'Message'.

This matters because our business installers are different from the online ones.
