Jason Powell Posted April 8, 2021 Report Share Posted April 8, 2021 Hello, One of our users has been having some trouble with Nitro Pro 11 freezing/crashing when working on PDFs around 1,000 pages or larger. The current one having issues is a 250MB file. We are using Windows 10 with 8GB RAM and are pulling the file over a network connection from our server. V. 188.8.131.520 What can we do to help alleviate these freezes and crashes that are causing a loss of unsaved work? Will increasing the RAM help?
