Pro 8 to New laptop

Cannot find serial number, only Installation ID and compter ID on old laptop. 

Registry check shows no serial number stored.

How can I transfer to new laptop?

Cannot enter support forum either, without sn.

-The full name and address of the purchaser
-The email address used to purchase Nitro Pro.
-A copy of the order invoice.

After installation, you can activate by opening Nitro Pro, clicking on the Help tab > About Nitro Pro > Activate by entering the same serial number
