Madeline Halloway Posted April 12, 2021 Report Share Posted April 12, 2021 Every time I open a .pdf document, I get a popup error message: "An error has occurred within our system. Please try again or contact support if this error persists. (Error 401)." It does open the document eventually, but this has been going on for over a month.
