Need serial number

I purchased Nitro PDF through Cleverbridge and subsequently had to reset Windows 10 which apparently  did not save my registration material. I did download version 12 but require my registration key.  Would you kindly assist in resending my  code?

I am a individual registered user and so am not sure if I need to provide any additional information.

After installation, you can activate by opening Nitro Pro, clicking on the Help tab > About Nitro Pro > Activate by entering your version 11 serial number 234600-xxxxxx-xxx901 that I sent you privately.

Please be aware that Nitro Pro 11 or older are already discontinued as documented in our Sunset Policy: https://www.gonitro.com/support/sunset-policy . With that, support for the discontinued versions are no longer available.  

If you are interested in upgrading your license to Nitro Pro 13 with a discounted rate, kindly access our Upgrade Portal and enter your Nitro Pro 13 serial number: https://www.gonitro.com/pro/upgrade 

You should then receive an email confirmation with a new serial number to activate Nitro Pro 13.38 (based on the screenshot you provided).

 

However if you prefer not to upgrade and as a courtesy of being a valuable customer of Nitro, we want to make you aware of the change to your product that may affect its activation performance. To continue offering our customers the very best PDF tools, we have upgraded our servers and has shutdown the one your older version of Nitro Pro runs on so please uninstall Nitro Pro 13.38, reboot your machine and install Nitro Pro 12.16.9.574 using the above direct MSI links from my previous post.
