Michael Clarke Posted April 13, 2021 Report Share Posted April 13, 2021 Hello! We have six Nitro Pro 11 licenses and a 32-bit installer that was provided when we purchased the product. It seems the 32 -bit installer will no longer work and says it is not compatible with the 64-bit version of Windows. Curiously we have always used this installer just fine on 64-bit Windows 10 as that's the only version we deploy. Try as I might, I cannot find a 64-bit installer for Nitro 11. Please note, we no longer support Nitro Pro 11. It has been discontinued as documented in our Sunset Policy: https://www.gonitro.com/nps/product-details/sunset-policy You can either upgrade to Nitro Pro 13: https://www.gonitro.com/pro/upgrade Or install the latest Nitro Pro 12 update so you can continue using your purchased license: https://www.gonitro.com/nps/product-details/downloads Then activate with your Nitro Pro 11 serial number.
