Hi,

I try to dezactivate my nitro pro from https://licenses.gonitro.com/prd/portal an i have this error:"Please select devices to deactivate." From my pc i can't to this.

Thanks for reaching out to us!

Please send me the serial number you are trying to use. Kindly send me the Computer ID of the machine where Nitro is currently activated and that you'd like to keep active.

When it comes to activation and the records we keep our logs are based on a computer ID which is generated and stored exclusively within Nitro Pro's user interface. We are unable to see the computer names/IDs that you are using for the machines internally. You can find this ID on each machine by going to Help > About Nitro Pro > Activate/Deactivate > Advanced.

Hello Marian,

Thanks for sending me your serial number for checking.

Please install the latest Nitro Pro 12 update. Note, that it should be version 12, not 13: https://www.gonitro.com/nps/product-details/downloads

Then activate with your Nitro Pro 12 serial number.
