John Grooms Posted April 15, 2021 Report Share Posted April 15, 2021 Just renewed my Nitro Pro 13. Instructions next was to download Nitro Pro 13 and install. Downloaded Nitro Pro 13 as suggested. When I tried to install, received a message that the download was an older version of Nitro Pro and would not install. I do not know now if the renew occurred. I looked at my account and there is no licensing information. Where is this information kept. What is the process to follow now for renewal information.
