Can't activate, error 24.

Hello, I tried everything to reactivate an installation on a new computer for my license, and I always get the error 24.  I tried upgrading version 11 to 12, and it still doesn't work.  Your system says there is 0 number of activations.  I need help please.

Hello, I see a a lot replies to everyone else, except my request.  Is my question unclear maybe?  Could I please get help.  I have a version 11 of Nitro PDF Pro that I want to install on a new PC, and I cannot activate my license.  I tried everything listed about Problems Activating Nitro Pro.  I need your help please.

Please note, we no longer support Nitro Pro 11. It has been discontinued as documented in our Sunset Policy: https://www.gonitro.com/nps/product-details/sunset-policy

You can either upgrade to Nitro Pro 13: https://www.gonitro.com/pro/upgrade

Or install the latest Nitro Pro 12 update so you can continue using your purchased license: 
https://www.gonitro.com/nps/product-details/downloads

Then activate with your Nitro Pro 11 serial number.

Thank you for your help.  For some reason on my first try when I installed Nitro Pro 12 it didn't want to activate.  I reinstalled it after your message and for some reason it was already activated.  Very strange.  Thank you.
