error code -24: Activation Error

I have followed the directions on your site trying to deactivate nitro pro on my old computer to activate on my new computer. This is the error code I get. I am using version 11.0.3.173. I read where I need to upgrade for free to version 12 in order to activate but do not find where I can upgrade to version 12. Please help.

Please note, we no longer support Nitro Pro 11. It has been discontinued as documented in our Sunset Policy: https://www.gonitro.com/nps/product-details/sunset-policy

You can either upgrade to Nitro Pro 13: https://www.gonitro.com/pro/upgrade

Or install the latest Nitro Pro 12 update so you can continue using your purchased license: 
https://www.gonitro.com/nps/product-details/downloads

Then activate with your Nitro Pro 11 serial number.
